Trump Triumphs Over Final Claims In Condo Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 5:16 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Friday struck down the final claims in a consumer fraud suit against Donald Trump, all but ending a battle over controversial changes to a revenue-sharing deal for hotel condominiums at Trump's downtown Chicago luxury tower.
