Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 7:59 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge Friday extended the statute of limitations in a $100 million sex discrimination suit filed against Bayer Corp. by its current and former employees, allowing the addition of plaintiffs who have already opted in.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph A. Dickson approved a motion to toll the statute of limitations on the case, extending it from the March 2011 filing of the complaint to the date of the order, thereby including plaintiffs who opted into the suit after the two-year deadline passed in...
