Chinese Drywall Maker Challenges Fla. Case In 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 8:28 PM EDT) -- Chinese drywall maker Taishan Gypsum Co. Ltd. on Thursday asked the Fifth Circuit to reverse part of a ruling that the company had to face litigation in Florida accusing it of producing faulty drywall for American homes, arguing that the judge should have applied Chinese law in his decision.
