8th Circ. Keeps Nissan Dashboard Row In State Court

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 9:25 PM EDT) -- Nissan North America Inc. failed to convince the Eighth Circuit to move a class action over its allegedly defective dashboard to federal court Friday, when the court found that the amount at issue did not satisfy the minimum $5 million threshold for class actions to be removed to federal court.
