Sherwin Williams, NL Industries Can't Duck Lead Paint Suit

Law360, San Francisco (May 31, 2013, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A California state judge Friday refused to let Sherwin-Williams Co. and NL Industries Inc. escape claims that their sale of lead-based paint constituted a public nuisance and risked the health of millions of Californians, finding that government attorneys had offered enough evidence to support those claims.
