Settlement Approved In Cold Remedy False Ad Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (May 31, 2013, 8:50 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday signed off on a settlement of a suit alleging the U.S. wing of French homeopathic medicine giant Boiron Inc. falsely advertised a cold remedy, finding that the agreement providing refunds to a class of California consumers is fair and reasonable.
