McDonnell Boehnen Fires Back In Academic Publisher IP Suit

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- Law firm McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP rebutted a copyright infringement suit claiming it jilted two academic publishers by forwarding emails of copyrighted journal articles while pursuing patent applications, telling an Illinois federal judge Friday the publishers haven't shown they own the copyrights.
