FreshDirect Beats Suit Over Bronx Warehouse Subsidies

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 4:25 PM EDT) -- A New York state court has dismissed a challenge to some of the nearly $130 million in subsidies offered to FreshDirect LLC in connection with a plan to develop a shipping facility in the Bronx, the online grocer said Friday.
