Raytheon Scores Navy Missile Contract Worth Up To $316M

Law360, Chicago (June 3, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A unit of defense giant Raytheon Co. has secured a contract worth up to $316 million for engineering and technical services related to the U.S. Navy’s shipboard surface-to-air missile program, the Department of Defense said Friday.

Tuscon, Ariz.-based Raytheon Missile Systems did not have any competition for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, which has a base value of nearly $76 million and will support the Navy’s Standard Missile platform, according to the DOD.
