Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 10:49 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday dismissed some copyright infringement claims the estate of rock 'n' roll photographer Jim Marshall filed against clothing designer John Varvatos, saying the estate hadn’t proven it owned the copyrights to some photos that were allegedly used without permission.
