Judge Strikes 'Late' Discovery Against B&N In ITC Probe

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 8:20 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge has agreed to strike certain "late-produced" documents sought by Technology Properties Ltd. LLC against Barnes & Noble Inc. in an ITC investigation into imported wireless consumer electronics devices that allegedly infringe a TPL joint venture's microprocessor patent.
