Rajaratnam Brother In Plea Talks With DOJ

Law360, Los Angeles (June 3, 2013, 10:15 PM EDT) -- The brother of imprisoned Galleon Group LLC founder Raj Rajaratnam is negotiating with prosecutors on a resolution to his criminal insider trading case, including a possible plea deal, according to a letter between the U.S. Department of Justice and the judge in the case filed Monday.
