Lab Plans Guilty Plea Over Faulty Tests At NASA Facilities

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 3:40 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi testing lab reportedly plans to plead guilty to defrauding NASA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers by claiming that its contracted testing of various space station structures met industry standards, knowing that it had performed faulty concrete-strength tests on various structures, according to a Monday report.
