2nd Circ. Won't Reverse Syracuse's $5.3M Loss To Contractor

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 2:18 PM EDT) -- The city of Syracuse, N.Y., lost a Second Circuit challenge on Tuesday to a $5.3 million damages award in a suit brought by an engineering contractor suing the city for allegedly breaching a parking garage renovation contract.
