Ex-Stone Temple Pilots Lead Singer Countersues Over Ouster

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 2:53 PM EDT) -- Former Stone Temple Pilots lead singer Scott Weiland launched a countersuit in California state court Friday alleging his former bandmates schemed to oust him with trumped-up claims he violated their partnership agreement and seeking to have them barred from performing under the Stone Temple Pilots name without him.
