Prosecutors Want Prison For Ex-Baker Atty In $55M Fraud

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 3:11 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors Friday recommended a prison sentence for a former Baker & McKenzie LLP partner who recently pled guilty to taking part in a $55 million stock-fraud deal and skimming $1.6 million in interest from a client’s escrow account.
