Texas High Court Asked To Allow $8M Building Seizure

Law360, Houston (June 4, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- Property tax consulting firm Patrick O’Connor & Associates LP told the Texas Supreme Court on Friday that a trial court should not have tossed a default judgment enabling it to seize a former client’s $8 million building following a billing dispute.
