Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 4:45 PM EDT) -- A direct purchaser class on Tuesday pushed a Massachusetts federal court to force Covington & Burling LLP to produce evidence that could be relevant to multidistrict antitrust litigation accusing Astellas Pharma US Inc. of delaying entry of a generic form of its immunosuppressant Prograf.
