NFL, Ravens Ask 4th Circ. To Nix Logo Designer Royalties

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 5:39 PM EDT) -- The Baltimore Ravens and the National Football League told the Fourth Circuit on Monday that a district court inappropriately awarded royalties to the designer of the Ravens’ old “Flying B” logo for the team's use of highlight reels and video clips in a copyright infringement dispute.
