Goodwin Procter Sues Toy Maker For $2.7M In Legal Fees

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Goodwin Procter LLP filed a complaint in California state court Thursday accusing Wham-O Inc. of skipping out on $2.7 million in legal fees it allegedly owed for the law firm's work representing the toy maker in an intellectual property dispute involving its “Slip N’ Slide” product.
