3rd Circ. Vacates $3M Fee Award In Honeywell Chromium Suit

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday vacated Terris Pravlik & Millian LLP's $3.1 million fee award in a cleanup suit targeting Honeywell International Inc. over chromium-contaminated soil, water and homes in New Jersey, saying a district court didn't sufficiently explain its reasoning for the award.
