Ex-Becton Engineer Accused Of Lifting Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 2:38 PM EDT) -- A former Becton Dickinson & Co. engineer was arrested in New Jersey on Wednesday for allegedly stealing millions of dollars in trade secrets from the medical technology company, thwarting his alleged plan to relocate to India and profit from confidential information on a disposable pen injector.
