McKool Smith To Open IP-Focused NYC Office

Law360, New York (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- McKool Smith PC is branching out from its Texas roots to open a New York office and has brought in a veteran intellectual property partner from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP to lead the firm's practice in the Big Apple.

Trial lawyer Robert A. Cote, a former IP litigation partner in Orrick's New York office, will spearhead McKool Smith's push into New York.
