Paribas Can't Shield MBIA Emails In BoNY Trust Payout Suit

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 4:35 PM EDT) -- A New York judge ruled on Wednesday that BNP Paribas cannot withhold email correspondence with MBIA Insurance Corp. that is relevant to a letter at the heart of its suit against the Bank of New York Trust Co. NA over the disbursement of payments from a $25 million mortgage pool investment.
