Army Corps Wins $7M Barge Mooring Protest

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 6:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday tossed Advanced American Construction Inc.’s protest of a $7 million contract for a new barge moorage facility on the Snake River in Washington state, finding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers properly followed its bid procedures.
