Judge Won't Give Idearc Creditors Jury Trial In $9.9B Suit

Law360, Dallas (June 7, 2013, 9:44 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge Wednesday rejected an attempt by creditors for the bankrupt former phone directory company Idearc Inc. to secure a jury trial for their challenge to the value of the company at the time of its $9.9 billion spinoff from Verizon Communications Inc.
