Law360, Los Angeles (June 6, 2013, 8:05 PM EDT) -- AEG Live LLC's president testified Thursday that he had speculated, days before Michael Jackson's death, that drug abuse might have been behind the entertainer's poor rehearsal performances, in a trial in which the concert promoter is accused of pressing on with the show despite Jackson's declining health.
