Law360, Houston (June 6, 2013, 3:45 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court said Thursday it was unclear whether the state could be sued by a gas station owner for business losses allegedly caused by a road project because a trial court that denied the state’s immunity defense had not heard enough evidence.
