Ski Act Doesn't Apply In Wrongful Death Suit: NJ High Court

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 9:22 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court said Thursday that a ski resort and the survivors of a man killed in an accident cannot sue a potentially negligent skier under New Jersey’s Ski Act, but wants a jury to determine liability in the underlying wrongful death suit.
