$230M Prison Health Care Contract Valid: Fla. Appeals Court

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court Wednesday affirmed the validity of a $230 million contract that state corrections officials awarded to Corizon Inc. to provide comprehensive health services to prison inmates, reversing a lower court’s injunction blocking the state from implementing the contract.
