Chemistry Journal Defamed Cardiac Testing Co., Suit Says

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 9:19 PM EDT) -- Medical products maker Critical Care Diagnostics Inc. has filed a defamation suit in California federal court against the publisher of Clinical Chemistry alleging an article in the scientific journal included false statements disparaging its blood test for assessing the mortality risk of patients with chronic heart failure.
