Manhattan Co-Op Prez Dodges Self-Dealing Claims

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 7:39 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday refused to grant summary judgment against a lower Manhattan cooperative's board president, ruling that there are triable issues of fact in claims of self-dealing brought against the president, David Moyal, by a group of minority shareholders related to a sublease he approved.
