Traffic Issues Raised With Apple's New Campus Plans

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 4:26 PM EDT) -- The draft environmental impact report for Apple Inc.'s proposed ring-shaped campus in the city of Cupertino, Calif., was released Thursday, voicing several traffic-related issues and calling for a possible reduction in density for the technology giant's plans.

Spanning 650 pages, the DEIR found that out of five absolutely unavoidable impacts from the project, four were related to traffic and transportation issues — with the fifth involving air pollution from construction and operations.
