11th Circ. Orders Jury Misconduct Review In NASA Fraud Case

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 2:12 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Friday ruled that a former University of Florida professor convicted of bilking NASA out of $3.7 million by using bogus small-business contracts is entitled to a hearing over an allegedly improper case-related discussion between a juror and a neighbor.
