High Court Asked to Hear Google Ad Privacy Dispute

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin woman has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the dismissal of her privacy lawsuit alleging Google Inc. and its AdWords program misappropriated her name, saying the Seventh Circuit's ruling ignored precedent from three other circuit courts.
