NYC Fast Food Chains To Serve Up Calorie Counts

Law360 (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Bloomberg administration is forging ahead with its plan to get New York City chain restaurants to prominently post nutritional information, despite having been stymied last fall when a district judge tossed out the first version of the regulation.

On Tuesday, the New York Board of Health adopted the revised calorie count measure, which is now scheduled to take effect on March 31.
