Contractor Sues Over Miami-Dade College Garage Collapse

Law360, Miami (June 10, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- An electrical subcontractor filed suit Friday in Florida state court against four other companies involved in the construction of a Miami-Dade College parking garage that suffered a deadly partial collapse in October 2012, seeking unpaid fees and special damages.
