State Dept. Hiding Keystone Enviro Docs, Sierra Club Says

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 3:17 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club on Monday urged a California judge to force the U.S. Department of State to hand over documents connected to its favorable environmental review of the Keystone XL pipeline, saying the consultant that helped complete the review has deep oil industry ties.
