Northrop Must Give Navy Docs To Insurers In Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday ordered Northrop Grumman Corp. to provide two insurers with documents about the U.S. Navy reimbursing the contractor for cleanup of its contaminated facility, the latest in a battle over coverage of related liability costs, including a $1.5 million settlement.
