Credit Card Plaintiffs Dealt Discovery Setback

Law360 (January 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A magistrate judge presiding over the antitrust litigation over credit card interchange fees has shot down the plaintiffs’ bids to bring a special master into the case and to expand discovery.
