NJ Office Stock Must Evolve, Real Estate Pros Say

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 10:04 PM EDT) -- Workplace and demographic changes have outmoded New Jersey's once-cutting-edge suburban office stock, but recent projects show that such properties can be reborn with modern design elements and mixed-use environments, real estate experts said Tuesday.
