LA Transit-Oriented Project Gets Council's Nod After Size Cut

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 5:16 PM EDT) -- The Los Angeles City Council gave several key approvals to a large transit-oriented, mixed-use project on Friday, just days after the developer agreed to chop the project's size drastically in the face of traffic and environmental concerns.
