Sony, Beatles Label Came Together To Block Film, Suit Says

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 10:03 PM EDT) -- A company trying to release a documentary about The Beatles' first U.S. concert accused Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC last week of giving all its licensing loving to the group's label, Apple Corps Ltd., to help anti-competitively promote its rival film of the performance.
