Tropicana Loses Bid To Peel Claims From OJ False Ad Suit

Law360, Chicago (June 13, 2013, 1:41 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge refused Wednesday to toss most claims from a putative class action accusing Tropicana Products Inc. of falsely claiming its "not-from-concentrate" orange juice is 100 percent pure and natural, rejecting Tropicana's argument that the claims were preempted by U.S. Food and Drug Administration rules.
