Fla. Smoker's Widow Can Be Added To Personal Injury Suit

Law360, Miami (June 13, 2013, 7:48 PM EDT) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that the personal representative of a deceased smoker may be added to a pending personal injury action against tobacco companies and can pursue both survival damages as well as a wrongful death claim.
