Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday approved Atari’s plan to sell off its assets piece by piece by the end of July, a plan Atari says represents the best opportunity to maximize asset value for the benefit of all stakeholders.
