Mitchell Silberberg Launches Subprime Group

Law360, New York (January 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- California law firm Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP has formed an interdisciplinary subprime practice group, becoming the latest firm to launch a new division focused on the fallout from the current credit crunch.

The group will be composed of members of the firm's litigation bankruptcy and corporate law practice groups. It will be headed by partners Jean Nogues and Andrew Katz.
