Taco Bell Must Fix Disabled Access Now, 9th Circ. Told

Law360, San Francisco (June 13, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- Taco Bell Corp. should be immediately forced to improve disabled access at its restaurants, a class of customers told the Ninth Circuit Thursday, urging the court to intervene after a lower court found Americans with Disabilities Act violations but put off issuing an injunction against the fast-food chain.

After 10 years of fighting with Taco Bell in California federal court, the class of disabled customers brought the case to the Ninth Circuit, seeking remand for an immediate injunction against the chain's repeated violations of the ADA....
