Arcovis Says Co-Founder Used Trade Secrets in $40M FDA Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (June 13, 2013, 9:54 PM EDT) -- Technology company Arcovis LLC sued a former employee for $10 million Thursday, alleging she breached her fiduciary duties by sharing trade secrets with a business partner to get a share of a $40 million IT services contract with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Arcovis CEO Harry Jones filed the civil suit Thursday in New York state court against firm co-founder Natalya Voskresenskaya and Virginia-based Discover Technologies LLC, claiming Voskresenskaya and Discover both violated agreements with Arcovis when they partnered on the FDA contract.
