NJ Panel Remands Princeton Project Manager's Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday partially reversed and remanded a construction project manager’s age bias suit against Princeton University, ordering a state court judge to more thoroughly analyze whether Princeton was entitled to summary judgment.
